Agree! In fact, the bacon I get is on an inner aisle :P
So are frozen veggies, and frozen meat
We're always talking about how we primal types should shop only the perimeter of our supermarkets, and avoid the inner aisles at all costs. But there are a handful of primal-friendly food items to be found in the inner aisles, no? Let's make a list of them. Here's what I can name off the top of my head:
Olive Oil
Canned Tuna (in oil)
Sardines (in oil)
Vinegar
Mustard
Agree? Disagree? Want to add to the list? It's all good!

Also, make sure that fish canned in oil is in olive oil (never soybean, canola, or any other bad vegetable oil). If you can't find that, just go for the ones canned in water.
