why do you need a snack before bed? wasn't dinner filling enough?
Im just trying to get some ideas, what do you guys have for a bedtime snack (if anything)
Is it better to include carbs, or just fat and protein?
I just have a handful of almonds or a boiled egg, if anything. I don't know if that's "good" or not, but it doesn't seem to effect the quality of sleep.

hrm... well the only time I have a "bedtime snack" is if I'm comin' of a really long IF... and then I eat lots and lots of fat smothered meat!
The pp are right though, if you're snacking, you're not eating filling/nourishing enough meals. Or you're emotional eating and in that case... welcome to the club! lol I just set a rule, no eating after dinner. Period. End of story.
