i would be very cautious about taking a monkeyed-with safflower-based CLA supplement. CLA is a trans-saturated fat. while it makes sense that getting it from natural sources is good for you, i really don't think safflower-based trans-saturated fat could be beneficial.

I am going to have to abort the CLA experiment- my delicate stomach just can't do it another day. Good luck to those with strong constitutions.
I'm probably going to give this a go. I'm so desperate to lose weight. Ever since I had my pituitary gland removed in '94 I've been struggling like crazy with my weight, do to hypothyroid. No amount of primal eating has changed that. I've got a cast iron stomach so I'm not really worried about it bothering me. I'll update this thread with my results.
Mike, are you supplementing/replenishing other pituitary activated hormones along with thyroid?
