Can somebody please explain to me the problem with the p.u.f.a and nuts? I thought that nuts had a good fat profile but I keep reading little snippets of info on here about them being a problem.
I know the enzyme inhibitors can be a problem and I soak them but wondering about the p.u.f.a.
If you search the forums, there should be plenty of info. Bottom line: nuts have an unfavorable 6:3 ratio. Not as bad as, say, processed foods, but still not ideal. Some nuts are better than others. (That's what she said.)
