Its been about a month now. I've been doing a pretty good job at keeping up with everything. I'd say I'm pretty close to the 80/20 mark, and i'm hoping to get closer to 90/10. Fitness wise, I am doing great. I'm still working out 3 days a week, and climbing at least twice(usually 3x) a week. My big downfall here is sprints - or any sort of running for that matter. I can't wait till some of this snow melts. I guess I could just do sprints on the snow covered hills, but my motivation is just killed the second I look out the window....
Anyways, here is a progress pic I took last night. Not sure how big the gains are, but I sure feel a lot stronger and more efficient than ever.
