I was just curious, do the artificial sweeteners present in packaged foods count toward the overall sugar content that they display on the nutritional facts? Just wondering because some foods have that big label of "low sugar" or "no sugar" yet they still have artificial sweeteners.

Artificial sweeteners are chemicals, not members of food groups. So no carbs, no sugars, no fats, no proteins. Makes them seem rather unappetizing!!

Primal since July 2010...skinniest I've ever been and the least stressed about food
