Avoiding nuts --- thoughts on Don's guidelines?
I have been reading through all the different "primal" resources and comparing/contrasting between them.
I came across this guy's blog and noticed that he has listed in his guidelines:
Limit or avoid
Most people benefit by limiting or avoiding these, listed in order of most to least hazardous:
1. Temperate tree nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, etc.
It doesn't seem like Mark shares this same sentiment, so I want to see what others think.

I'd avoid them generally since they are high in omega 6's which can make inflammation much worse. They taste really good and its easily to over eat them.
