    Primal Fuel

does anyone have any that they make on their own for salads and such? I am looking to come up with some easy to make dressings with a bit of flavor that I control what goes into them, so that they remain primal.

Those are the two big discussions we've had recently on the topic, hopefully you find something good!

I regularly make my own salad dressing, keeping it very simple:

    6-10-count of olive oil

6-8 shakes of vinegar (red or white wine, depending on mood)

    ~10 grinds of pepper

    scoop of mustard.

Today, I tried something else, and scooped a big chunk of lard (bacon drippings) into my dressing container, added vinegar, pepper, and mustard.

Heated it for ~15 seconds in the microwave when it was lunchtime at work, stirred, and then reveled in how fantastically good it was!

Then again, I'm pretty happy with super-basic vinaigrette/mustard vinaigrette 99% of the time...
