    Hi my name is Jen and I am 32. I just recently discovered this diet and have decided I want to try and live by it. I am sure I will have plenty of questions so bare with me LOL.

    Welcome to the tribe, Jen. I think you'll find that this is a friendly and helpful bunch.


    You'll probably notice (after a couple of frustrating searches) that if you want to search the blog archives you have to be in the main section of the site, and if you want to search the forums, you have to be in the forum section of the site.
