Not feeling any real progress
Sorry I've posted so many threads recently.
I don't feel a lot of progress from my Primal Nutrition.
SOMETIMES I have more energy, but often I'm very tired too, even though I get 8 hours of sleep.
I eat Primal. I don't drink alcohol during the week, BUT on the weekends.
I work out and play sometimes.
The only thing I really realized, that I dropped a few pounds.
What's wrong?? I've been going Primal for I don't know maybe a 2-4 weeks now.
Post your actual diet. Do you move around at a slow pace for at least five hours a week?
I don't know. I walk for at least 2 hours definetly -- always. But in between I walk maybe 1 - 2 more hours, depending. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

In addition to your diet, your daily/weekly activities would also be good data to have on hand.
Well for about 1,5 hours a week I play. For about 2-4 hours I walk. Sometimes I sprint and I work out 1-2 times a week for about 10-45 minutes. Sometimes I spar (boxing, thaiboxing, groundfighting).
