Today was a fast as I'm running out of breakfast foods (I'm no egg, no dairy right now which is limiting my choices)
Tomorrow I'll be having leftover orange ginger cod and sesame green beans, along with my customary tbsp. of coconut oil.
Not the movie. It's a thread dedicated to what you ate for breakfast today.
I'll start:
1) 2 free-range, organic eggs;
2) 1, 7" wild elk smokie;
3) 1 organic banana;
4) 1 litre of organic green tea.

haven't eaten yet today, but after i get home from work and do PBF, i'll be downing 5 jumbo eggs, 1 sauteed green pepper, a handful of sauteed mushrooms, a bunch of sauteed spinach, and a little bacon...all sauteed in bacon fat and a little hot sauce.
IF'd so I had a cup of coffee with coconut milk.

Tummy hurting. Skipped breakfast. Tummy still hurting (I think it's a giant air bubble), but I managed some coconut milk chicken soup for lunch.

Sardines on bacon with a dab of mustard and a couple hand full's of blueberries.
Actually, that was yesterday. I didn't eat breakfast today. But I've been dreaming of having that again.![]()
Martin Berkhan says this
* No calories are to be ingested during the fasted phase, though coffee, calorie free sweeteners, diet soda and sugar free gum are ok (even though they might contain trace amount of calories). A tiny splash of milk in your coffee won’t affect anything either (½-1 teaspoon of milk per cup at the most - use sparingly and sensibly if you drink a lot of coffee). Neither will sugar free gum in moderation (~20 g).

I had a mini fritata. On Sunday, I cooked up 4 slices of bacon then sauteed onions, mushrooms and a whole mess of greens in the fat. I mixed the veg, crumbled bacon, and some cheese into a dozen eggs and used that to fill a 6-count muffin tin. A little more cheese on top and into the oven. That becomes my breakfasts for the week. Plus I had an espresso with a little unsweetened almond milk. I may switch that to coconut milk, though.
For lunch, I'm doing a BAS with a wee meatloaf cooked the same way.
