I'm finding I need more fiber in my diet. Not to be gross or nasty, I spent 20 min this morning on the toilet and I feel 10 lbs lighter. I'm considering taking Metamucil even though it is nasty. I don't eat fruit, I have always had issues texture/sweetness. Any ideas on how to get more fiber with not going too far over 50g of carbs a day?
