    I wonder how low-carb these really are? There are enormous potato farms just west of where I live in St Augustine.

    I've seen a different brand here in stores, and I'm leery of anything that may have been played with in a lab. So, I didn't get them.

    I'd have to know more. If they are natural potato, that happens to have been bread (not genetically played with) then I may consider getting some for a special occasion meal or something (turkey day!).

    In Peru where Potatoes originally came from, it is said that over 500 varieties of potatoes are grown and consumed. It would be nice if those Universities would study those natural varieties before making Frankenfoods.
