Bottom line is it supports primal living. By satiating your appetite with protein and water you reduce production of the hormone ghrelin which (in the tests) is what caused poor food choices.

Just thought I'd share it since Agora is advertising their new book on fat fighting that reference Dr. Goldstone's work and it appears to be Primal based.
