I have been Primal for almost 2 years now. I've only lost half the weight that I have wanted to lose, but expect that as I keep at it, I will eventually lose the last 50 lbs. I have felt full of energy, and generally good all around.
I have a friend who is trying to get her diabetes under control. We discuss low carb and how grains affect health. She still hasn't quite gotten over the bread habit and her non-fasting blood glucose is over 200. She wanted to compare it to mine, so we pricked my finger and put the blood onto the test strip.
My non fasting blood glucose is 82.
