Sulfites in Balsamic Vinegar
The balsamic vinegar that we have has sulfites. Should I thus avoid it? I only add a little bit to my BAS - maybe a Tbsp at a time.

Just about anything made from a fermented beverage will naturally have sulfites in it. Try going heavy on the sulfites once or twice to see if you react to them, some people do some people don't.

I don't react to them as far as I know. So I guess I shall not worry.
