Oh, and I like the "light" because the can had less coconut oil, and if I make a whole smoothie with it, then like OTB said, it would be way too much at once. Also like the thinner texture when drinking it.
You can buy regular and add water as you wish. I have an empty glass at my side which had coconut milk milk in it. I use 4 oz of 120 cal/serving CM or 6 oz of 90 cal/serving CM, add water to make a quart. Delicious, low calorie, even.
Any laxative effect from CO or CM is just due to the oil, there's nothing else there.
