Before asking my question, I just want to thank all of you for the amazing community feel you have given to primal. I used to tell people I was "sorta" primal when I was eating a bowl of oat cereal every morning, and never thought I could change. I am amazed again and again at how my body has adapted, and how much my life has changed..

ANYWAY! I had a small weight loss goal here, although I turned to primal eating because of health related issues. I wanted to lose 15, a modest goal. Now I just have two-five pounds to lose, and I am finding this the hardest, considering the first ten pounds flew off.

Should I kick up my primal exercise plan to put on some muscle, or further adjust my eating for the last "vanity" pounds?
