Seriously, these guys are geniuses. This is at least worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize.
Gingerbread Slaughter House Rules!! 11 pounds of bacon!!
Epicmealtime is my inspiration. I made some bacon tacos based off their tequila taco night show. They were amazing. I love the massive quantities of meat they use!
You should check out furious Pete. Doesn't quite match the monstrous concoctions of epic meal time but he does finish his eating challenges.
Although you don't see the after effects of whether he eventually threw it back up or was stuck on the toilet, the bottle of olive oil chug was insane! Has my stomach turning just thinking about it.
OMG, that was discusting...... Too much of anything (yes even protein/fat) isn't good for you. I think the idea here is balance.........
I read most of the forum regarding PB nutrition prior to checking out what Mark actually eats in a day, and to be honest, it isn't anywhere near as much as I was lead to believe I needed? I have read meat, meat, meat (and more meat) and fat, fat, fat (and lots more fat) and Mark has what I would call modest amounts of both, especially for a man with his physique and here I am overweight trying to stuff down all the meat and fat I can muster! Think I will be adjusting my intakes from here on in![]()
