Have you ever tried logging your food in a journal? Fitday.com is a good resource for that. If your daily fat percentage is below 70%, which I'm pretty sure it is considering the amount of carbs and assuming you also eat protein, it might mean you're not getting enough fat. Try adding some coconut milk and coconut oil, bacon, etc.

    Wow great site... yesterday's nutrition

    Cals 3,196

    Fat 212.6

    Carbs 93.0

    Protien 231.5

Chart said Fat-protien-carb ratio is 59:30:11

So 70% is ideal for fat?

factoring in workout... it said I burned more cals than take in though with workout... a little scary since i'm trying to build mass...

Have you given up gum chewing? Chewing sugarless gum is actually good for your teeth; it's a constant polishing as you chew.

Xylitol sweetened gum has strong anti-bacterial effect. I didn't pull that out of my butt, it's solid research.

yes gum with xylitol good at killing bacteria

and alcohol mouthwash is bad! My dr told me to use warm water and sea salt.

I do floss!! my dentist says "Only floss the teeth you want to keep!"

I was just wandering about your rations here. It seems like way too much protein and not enough fat for that protein to be properly converted in your body. I know you mentioned that you're trying to build mass, but I was just wandering if that might be having some sort of negative effect on your teeth. Don't know. I gotta research that one

Was surprised no one has mentioned this: ITS THE DRIED FRUIT! Raisins, cranberries etc are just as bad, if not worse than sugar (according to my dentist)..worse as they are sticky and stay in teeth. I rarely eat them but if I do a floss and brush right after.

Good catch, KXS. As to the gum, make sure it is xylitol sweetened and not something else.

Good call... I put maybe 1 oz in my mix just for flavor... but that might be the culprit.
