I'm about a week into my new Primal Blueprint lifestyle. Except for the occasional headache, I feel awesome! Went to gym kid-free today. Hubby had day off so he offered to watch the monkey while he cooked dinner. I went to gym & lifted heavy things. Moved everything up 10 pounds, almost effortlessly. I'm amazed at how quickly a body can change and adapt, especially based on diet alone. Afterwards I hopped on treadmill, focusing on keeping my heart rate at or below 148. It was so hard NOT to run! I gave in and popped up to 6 mph for just a minute or two. I felt like I could have gone forever. It was like walking on 4. Truly amazing.
I feel like SUPERMAN.
I would agree, your right but bongo board has some variety and competitive rates also. I will pass this information to my friends also...
