    headaches are normal the first couple weeks after switching to PB, right? I've been having them more frequently than normal.

    Sorry to hijack this but is exhaustion common too? I am getting 8+ hours of sleep and waking up zombiefied. Cheers xx

    I read in the book that lethargy is to be expected. I don't know about total exhaustion, but I'm totally ready for a nap by 2 pm!

    OK cool - than I'm deffo doing it correctly :-DD Just hope I get the energy to exercise :-P

    I'm with ya on the headaches and lethargy. I'm hoping the headaches will be better this week since it doesn't also involve the monthly!

    Also I'm either starving - or I'm full full full, no in betweens right now.

    Takes 3-4 weeks for most folks to adjust to the lower carbs and "detox" symptoms to go away.
