    Primal Breakfast

Had a fantastic, delicious breakfast. 3 egg omelette with baby spinach, feta, and canadian bacon, followed by blackberries in cream.

I didn't realize till later that I fed the 2yo canadian bacon, a banana, and some cheese. No cereal, no toaster pastry. I feel like a good mom today

Have kinda continued to feed my 2yo Primally. Today she choked down 4 pieces of meat in a hurry and a babybel cheese round. Breakfast was a homemade protein bar (I told her it was a cookie, lol), and snack was peach clafouti from PB Cookbook. Now to bring daddy over to the dark side

A good breakfast for Baby Grok and mom is almond pudding. Mix 1/3 cup almond or pecan meal with 1 egg and 1/4 cup water plus a dash of almond or vanilla extract. Cook in a nonstick pan stirring constantly until it thickens. Serve with berries and Áream. This is every bit as satisfying as a bowl of oatmeal.
