Have you upped your veggies from what you were having before? Cruciferous vegetation (ie, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) can do that.
I have been primal for 2 weeks so far and have had the worst gas of my life. Not necessarily indigestion, not stomach pains or anything, but just lots of smelly toots...I know this is totally TMI, but I was just wondering if this is normal as my body transitions to fat burning? I am really tired of it!

Most people don't realize how much energy it takes for me to pretend to be normal.
If I wanted to listen to an asshole, I'd fart.
Twibble's Twibbly Wibbly
I'm in my first week and have definitely noticed an increase of flatulence. I think it's just one's body readjusting to the new food.
lots of veg does it to me. onions and garlic, as well as the cruciferous.
one of my daughters is a toot machine! it's insane. but they don't stink and she doesn't complain of tummy aches and is very healthy. she LOVES milk and cheese, but I'm wondering if they don't love her.
But I guess since she doesn't complain and seems so healthy, I won't change her diet at this point. I think it would be hard to keep her calories up without dairy. She's not a big meat eater - it makes her gag.
Ever heard the term "Protein Fart"? It's an ongoing joke at my gym from people who switch to the paleo diet. It's a pretty common occurrence and it definitely starts to go away once you acclimate.
After 2.5 months Primal, I hardly ever get gas--what a bonus!
i fart......a lot....haha im never gonna find a boyfriend

Red onion is the only primal thing that gives me gas.
You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!
My gas has actually diminished since going primal! Which is niceAnd my husband sure appreciates it .... haha!
