    Griff, you are fantastic. Thanks for being such a wealth of information.

    I have excellent lipid panel results from 2004, when I was mostly vegetarian. I'm planning on eating Primal for a couple more months, then getting retested.

    Wow, thanks Griff! She really did have very low triglycerides and high HDL! Amazing!

    Griff is spot on. High HDL and low triglycerides is great.

    And usually a direct result of eating more saturated animal fat...

    The "Seven Deadly Sins"

    Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
    Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
    Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)
