After reading Full Moon Feast by Jessica Prentice, I became very intrigued with the idea of a month long fast at the end of winter. Sort of a Lent-like fast when food is traditionally not as available. I've decided to do one meal a day, Jan 19 through Feb 18, one full moon to the next full moon. I had thought about only eating before dawn and after dark, but that makes it hard to do fasting workouts in the am, which I like to do.

Any suggestions?
