Spectrum now has a Coconut oil spray, does anyone else use this or is coconut oil from a jar a better idea?

That's what i thought because all of the nutrition facts on the back are zero. The jar has a good amount of Sat fat.

they sell it at our one health food store in MS, but it was coconut oil and soy lecthin added so i dont buy it

It's GOT to have a bunch of other junk in it, otherwise it wouldn't spray, since it's solid unless it's over 75-degrees.
