Hey there Kuno...glad you found that. It is more than I found Of course here it is way cheaper, but there are strict export laws so I am sorry I can't send you any.


You could also find biltong in the UK. I know there are South African butchers over there making it.

Those are recipe pages for biltong. You do not need to put sugar in the mix. I have a butcher who makes mine without sugar. They really only use it for the colour.
