Softening stance on carbs?
In the post on dairy and insulin recently, Mark talked about a softening stance on carbs among low-carb advocates. I didn't see anything in a quick run through these forums and it's hard to search for it in particular. Anyone have any articles about this? Original research and/or low-carb sites discussing it? Thanks.
There is that in the air - just read Melissa Mcewans' new blog post at huntgatherlove. Personally I think it's the realization that what people need to do to lose weight is not really the same thing they might need to do to maintain good health. Lots of traditional cultures eat a lot of carbs actually. Guyenet and others have recently been talking quite a bit about this.
