    Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know that my friend Ryan is currently giving away his 12 Minute Stage Crazy bodyweight workout (it's an ebook and video set that he usually sells for $27).

If you want to grab it, it's at the following link...

    Grok on!

Or you can go to CrossFit.com, and get dozens and dozens of videos and workouts...for free.

There are coaching videos on there too that will help you do bodyweight squats better, lift safer (if you have weights)...etc.

I think that tabatas are wonderful, and you can learn to do them with a little research...for nothing.

With the way the economy is right now...things are TIGHT... why not learn through some research. I'm sure his program rocks... I'm only sayin...

I didn't see anything at that link that indicated anything was free.

I think the free offer was for a few days only. I got it, but haven't have a chance to check it out much.

Please don't post things like this on the MDA blog.

    Are you Mark's assistant klcarbaugh???

Why shouldn't Adam be allowed to post a free offer for a workout on here? He's a contributing member and posted other similar topics (before you were a member I might add).

It's a relevant topic on this board - he's not posting a get-out-of-debt-for-free offer... what's wrong with posting a free offer for a workout??

Escala, to me it just sounds like a marketing pitch. I am not trying to be rude, but this site is about learning and conversation and I don't agree that this fits. We are lucky there isn't any much spam in these forums, actually.

I agree that Adam or anybody else has the right to post here. When Mark requests that solicitations stay away, then the rules change.

Anybody that is able to get others to give them money to learn how to do bodyweight exercises is a genius and I welcome their participation.
