Question 20 hour vs 6 hour fast effect

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
I've got a life insurance physical today that requires a minimum 6 hour fast. I took the opportunity to extend the fast and started after dinner last night (grilled salmon, shrimp & broccoli). My last meal was at 9 last night and the physical is at 5 today so it will be about 20 hours. I also did a LHT workout this AM. I've had nothing but tea or mineral water today.

I'm curious if this could have any negative effect on my results. FWIW, my last regular checkup yielded "normal" results all around.

I hope not. I do a 20 hour fast 3-4 days a week. I feel good doing it, but have no clue how it might change test reults. I will be curious to see what you find.
