Hi everyone, new to the primal diet, regarding ketogenic diets, how do you know your eating too much protien, just read alot about kidney damage and i know of some body builders having issues, maybe its all the protien bars or bad protien powder. Does whey protien act differently? does anyone know or know of any refernces. Had trouble finding many valid studies. I think it would be pretty hard to eat that much protien, Just wondering in case i order the Protien Powder off the website. Thanks everyone!
