Brand new....sort of
My name is Dominic and I'm new to the forum here, but not to the primal lifestyle. I am almost entirely primal (some of the meat I have to buy is not ideal) and love it! I don't follow the primal blueprint exersize plan entirely (I use P90x and view workouts like kenpo, yoga, xstretch as play or slow movement).
I read this blog everyday and I'm constantly "foraging" for information so I'm sure I will be posting more frequently.
