    Korean food

Hi everyone, I am not too familiar with Korean dishes, and would like some suggestions on Korean dishes that are primal friendly, of course. I am going to a Korean restaurant, so I need some help to make good choices before I go there! Thanksssssssss

I think you should be able to find something prettily easily as long as you don't go for a noodle dish, as rice tends to come as a side dish.

Just don't pick the bibim bap (one of my favourite pre-primal dishes)

Korean BBQ isn't too bad. You just have to stay away from some of the stuff that maybe pre-marinaded. A lot of the marinades tend to have sugar and soy sauce in them. But if you go to a Korean BBQ where you can choose and cook your own meats at the table it can be really yummy. Kimchi also has some pretty good probiotic properties.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

She probably thought you needed more probiotics in your diet and was trying to help you out :P

Bi Bim Bap. NO RICE! You'll get a lot of funny looks ordering this but every Korean place I've been to has done it.
