No gall bladder, either. No worries, have not noticed ill effects.

I'm wondering if anyone here who successfully follows a primal/paleo lifestyle has any troubles with digestion without a gallbladder.
I'm really interested in a primal lifestyle for my entire family, it feels natural to us since we are hunters and grow our own veggies and fruit all summer long. I have noticed that I get extremely bloated after consuming grains, so they wouldn't be hard to cut out.
I'm just concerned about increasing my fat intake since I have no gallbladder. I had it taken out a month and a half ago and for four months prior to that i had been eating less than 5 grams of fat per meal and less than 20 grams of fat per day in order to avoid a gallbladder attack.
Any input?
Also, I'm going to order PB off of amazon, but I'm still on the fence about the cookbook. Any opinions on the cookbook?

Hi,
Ten years without my gall bladder. I have no problem on Primal. In fact bodily functions are more normal that they have been in years. (sorry if TMI)
