This looks very promising! You can now test more than just one protein and you can test for protein cross reactions like to dairy (many react to both gluten and dairy) and even to COFFEE (it's now known that coffee can cause some people to react just as if they've consumed gluten) and opioid reactions.
They are also releasing a test soon that can pinpoint which part of the body is affected by gluten (brain, skin, joints, etc).
