Holy moly, not doing that again. I'm planning to take trail mix with me next week. My joints did NOT like popcorn...and enchiladas...and margarita.

I have ground beef, veggies, and curry sauce. BS doesn't like curry. Any objection to something curry-ish?

Depending on what you have on hand, I could make a true curry, Indian or Thai, depending on which paste/ spice you have.

Small red jar. Thai Kitchen, I think.

Also have red onion, celery, carrots, green onion, broccoli, possibly sweet potato & cabbage, plus whatever's in the freezer.

Red curry, I'll bet. Thai. The only thing we'll need besides the curry, meat, and veggies is coconut milk and/ or meat/ veg broth. It'll be similar in finished product to green curry at the thai restaurants. We could make it a "dry" curry, if folks'd prefer that.

Has all of the above, but might go more towards a dry curry. Soupy stuff just doesn't go anywhere in our house when it's hot.

Need to hit a store during lunch, anything else you might want?

If we're going with a dry curry, just whatever vegetation strikes your fancy. Bamboo shoots or water chestnuts would play well, if you go for that, get the smallest can you can find. Other than that, I can't really think of anything, unless you'd want an accompaniment of some sort. I'll prob grab a sweet tater on my way there to steam and cube into my bowl, just to make sure I get enough carbs.
