    So, for the past week or two, I've been tired as hell, unproductive and unmotivated, and unable to focus.

    Any suggestions?

    Yeah, I am in the exact same boat. Suggestions would rock.
    somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

    I think there might be a few things going on for me.

    1) I don't think I've been getting as much fat as I should for the last week or two at least. I haven't really felt up to cooking since we got back from Phoenix.

    2) I don't think I've been getting enough calories period.

    3) I quit putting baby spinach in my morning smoothie.

    4) I'd quit taking the stuff the iridologist recommended.

    Sooo...going to try correcting those and see what happens. Of course, there's always the chance that it's just allergies...

    Do you take a multi? I know a couple that seem to work really well.
    Meditation may work.
    So would sleep if you're running light on that.
    Try for more fat. That'll up your calories and may help some absorption issues, if that's the problem.

    Greenery is always a good thing. Iceberg does not count as greenery.
    Allergies is likely a part of it, if not most of it.
    Distraction is also likely a large part. Even if you're focused, if you have certain things that are on "back burner," those steal mental horsepower. If you have too much going on mentally, that'll pull down your physical energy. Meditation and deep breathing could help there.

    Iron's one of the things I've been bad at taking lately. It's now refilled in my pill container. Had red meat for dinner yesterday, too.

    Working on things. Mom suggested me going back to school (just taking a class at MC this summer) and I about broke down when I got home because I don't think I can handle anything else right now.
