    A funny that my boss sent around when I was working for Cingular, in the middle of it changing its name BACK to AT&T. He told us it was important merger information.

    So, what happens after a weekend break from going Primal, but GF?

    My joints creak and pop more (and ache).
    My face and chest break out.
    I can't focus on anything.
    My head hurts.
    My teeth are sensitive.

    Yeah. Not good.
    Most people don't realize how much energy it takes for me to pretend to be normal.

    Tonight: Steak, sweet potato, & tomato for dinner. Sit down and make meal plan for next week with BS.

    Tomorrow: Go grocery shopping. Eat something big for brunch, since we'll be going out with my parents for an early dinner for my birthday.
