I created a bacon wrapped egg thing that stores well, if you're interested. Still tinkering to get it just right, but it works.

Is bacon not allowed on the Whole30? Yikes. I may have to read what makes a whole30 again since my memory is apparently faulty. Good luck with the Baco30!

    Yes, please.

    It's considered processed.

Soft boil eggs and place into an ice bath. Once the eggs are chilled, preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly cook bacon (as in, it starts curling, but it's nowhere near done.) Wrap bacon around eggs. Bake until bacon is done.

I couldn't do a Whole 30 without bacon. Bacon keeps me sane. I may do a baco30 come March 8th or the 13th. If I do that, maybe I should make some ghee then. My birthday is the 6th so that means I may be eating some not so good for you stuff that day. We're going to a Japanese steakhouse so I am a bit concerned over the rice. I haven't touched rice since starting PB. Then on the 7th, my husband is taking me out for lunch and we're having Mexican. Only reason we're going to the Japanese steakhouse is because my niece's birthday is the 8th and she has a pregnancy craving for that. I really don't care for it so much.

That's who I heard crying...hmmmmmm. If baby jebus says let there be bacon, then we must partake in it!

He did indeed. You can find the verse in the gospel according to Canio6 (and yes, I am probably going to hell)
