I have been loving the BAS for lunch over the last few weeks and the other day when i was digging into my i started to wonder, what's in everyone elses BAS?
I will start it off with whats in mine, please follow with yours![]()

Black olives!! (love these)
Meat (chicken, beef, tuna, etc)
Feta (sometimes)
Pine nuts (sometimes)
banana peppers (sometimes)
hard boiled eggs
And then i top it off with an Olive Oil based dressing

Pomegranate arils (perfect mix of sweetness, tanginess and crunch)
avocado
Protein of some sort (chicken, salmon, HB eggs ...)
olive oil based dressing
My staples are:
Romaine/leaf lettuce/spinach
Avocado
Sliced red onion
Sunflower seeds
I often add some type of cheese as well. Feta, parmesean, monterey jack, or cheddar.
