Coconut cream/butter bark
Try this easy way to make the artisana or tropical traditions coconut butter easy to snack on the go.
Warm the coconut butter, mix the oil in the top in well. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. While the coconut is warm, pour over the parchment paper. It will harden as normal in a couple of hours. Cut into 2" or so pieces. Pull the parchment paper off the cookie sheet, the "coconut bark" will pop right off.
You can dip it in dark chocolate and put it in the freezer for a more indulgent treat on the go.
