When I first read about the whole non Carb thing. I was quite sceptical. With the new year I decided to give it a go and sure enough, I went from 207.23 lbs to 199.96 in only one week by following the PB and fasting (two/three meals a day with maximum 50 carbs).
What can I say. I'm hooked. I can't wait till I can post about the process I made in one month ..
