How about a coconut milk based smoothie, might take some experimentation to get it too her tastes, or skip breakfast and have a bigger meal the night before or a bigger lunch that day, or if she really wants a ready made shake type meal replacement drink I've heard some guy in malibu sells one called primal fuel :-)
