Anyone have a coconut milk cheese recipe? page

Would like a recipe to make both cheese and yogurt from coconut milk that's tried and tested.

but it doesn't really look like there's much for cheese. i think you can make just about everything else under the sun with coconut, but i don't really know how it'd work.

Right because coconut milk...isn't milk. I don't think coconut milk has casein.

Here's a recipe for making coconut cheese from coconut kefir. Scroll down to almost the bottom (How do you make coconut kefir?) for instructions. The coconut cheese recipe is right after the coco kefir one. If you make it, please let us know how it tastes.

Thank you. I googled but didn't see this. I'll let you know. I don't care much for dairy unless it's stinky cheese, so this might be a useful recipe.
