Where's the info about what ratio of carbs/fat/protein you need to eat?
I thought as I start out, I'll chart my intake, and see how I do. I've seen Mark's carb chart, is there any info on the amt of fat/protein/calories you need to get per day?

Generally speaking, start out with 50% fat, 30% protein, and 20% carbohydrate, and adjust those figures according to your own body's needs.
