Yup. Ankle pain and diarrhea were my two major complaints. Both have cleared up.

I'm now pretty sure my "IBS" was actually gluten intolerance or celiac. going primal fixed it overnight. (although I still have occasional issues with cross-contamination and gluten in places you wouldn't expect, like in blue cheese).

    Yes, I have seen this.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

IBS was one of my major issues and with paleo it is almost non-existent anymore. I specifically followed the GAPS protocol by Dr. Natasha McBride to really get my digestion/gut in order.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

Yes cutting out grains and sugar were definitely beneficial. Dairy helped some but not as much as grains.
