Take a breath, take a walk? Give yourself a chance to get away for a minute. Maybe just recognizing you are in a mood will help, it does for me sometimes.
Yes I am at 130g now.
It is definitely hormones, but they seem to be hitting me hard. I just made some major changes in my program so it could be heightened withdrawal.

I'm in a super nice class right now so it's all good.
I was just upset because for a moment I felt out of control and as we know, that is never acceptable in the classroom.

Recognizing you feelings is the first step to gaining control. That and my mantre "All is well, All is well, ALL IS WELL". Glad things got better - I HATE that feeling - like I'm gonna kill someone!
Well, my last class of the day went much better than expected. I sat on them hard, walked around the room during work time and wrote a detention date on the board. They did their work and I didn't blow.
I feel better now. It must have been a confluence of Hunger, Hormones and Fatigue. Regardless, it will pass soon.
