I had plenty of excuses to eat badly today, but I pushed past every one and took care of me.

I am not sure why that strikes me as funny, but it does. Maybe partially because I really don't care for them at all, but would binge on them if they were available when I was on a bender.

I had a weird dream last night that our little support group were sitting around my dining room table discussing the 5LL book, I just this second remembered it cause I glanced at the book!

I'm not good at creative dream interpretation, sorry [That's why I was a finance/econ major - no creative genes to be found in this body!] During my first Whole30, I had cheat dreams a lot. I've seen across other boards others have had them too. You're on roll, and I think you subconsciously are worried that you are going to dive head first into those fig newtons.

Great job, yesterday! Happy Monday. Are you off (I wish I was)?

I think that your interpretation is spot on. Yes I am off. Thank God, because I can barely move from bootcamp.

Those dreams always get me too. For me, I dream that I've eaten some potato by accident (nightshades make me get joint and muscle aches like the flu) and all I can think is that the next day I will be curled in a ball in pain and how could I have been so stupid. Just a stress dream. You subconcious is messing with ya. Laugh it off and have a great day!

Fig Newtons? Did you take an apple to the head?
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug
