Oh AZ is looking pretty good right now.

I finally arrived home about 5:30. My husband came down to get me. He followed me home.

The Verdict...the low end tires on my car are a year old and cannot handle the snow.

    Glad you are home safe.

They called a snow day for us tomorrow already.

I have to say that I think I am in love with Paul Jaminet the co creator of the Perfect Health Diet. In his Paleocon interview, He is so clear about the benefits of a paleolithic lifestyle and how we must get the word out to help people who are suffering.

My next read will be PHD

There are worse fates than being stuck in a firehouse with a bunch of hunky firefighters...... unless of course you are stuck in a firehouse with a bunch of smelly less-than-hunky firefighters with personality disorders....

I was stuck with an 18 yr old junior FF who couldn't get his car up the hill. A car btw that has a "boobies" bumper sticker.

    We watched "friends" together.

The hunkiest ff of the bunch is my husband.

    Ate clean yesterday.

Big storm coming tomorrow. Definitely a day off. Possibly Thursday as well.
